Need more than a small group class can offer?
CONSIDER A ONE-ON-ONE SESSION
With 17 years of experience, Sarah can spot postural misalignments in seconds and can address irregularities with thoughtful, progress-driven programing. After an initial evaluation of posture, alignment, and movement patterns, Sarah will recommend the combination of modalities best able to address a client's specific issues. The result is a highly personalized program designed to correct imbalances and misalignments at their root, while increasing flexibility, range of motion, and functional strength.
STRENGTHEN
Utilizing a combination of reformer, free weight, and resistance-based exercises, strengthening sessions deliver a full-body workout that improves core strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Providing challenging opportunities for clients of all fitness levels, these thoughtful sessions pair diaphragmatic breathing with resistance based movement for a workout that is both safe and effective.

POSTURE
A postural analysis is a functional assessment that is a great foundation for anyone looking to start a new fitness routine, or get more out of an existing one. Postural analysis provides insight into the body's natural tendencies and helps identify deviations and imbalances in need of thoughtful correction.
STRETCH
A great compliment to any fitness routine, one-on-one stretching combines proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) with more passive assisted stretching. Intended to improve range of motion, flexibility, and posture, assisted stretching also increases circulation, and reduces risk of injury. Initial sessions will explore a client's natural flexibility, range of motion, alignment, and tolerance, in effort to create a program that safely and gradually increases flexibility over time.

MYOFASCIAL
When the body's muscle tissues are overly tight, they become deprived of blood flow and begin to trap toxins and other waste products which leads to decreased function and chronic pain. Myofascial sessions use proven tools to break up tight fibers and attract oxygen and blood flow to congested areas, healing the small tears that occur through exercise and other strenuous use, and returning tight, dysfunctional muscle fibers to a healthier more hydrated state.
