Personalized, semi-private classes designed to build strength and flexibility
Our thoughtful approach balances strength and mobility-focused classes with a restorative offering focused on stretching, deep breathing, and targeted myofascial release. Experience the benefits of repeated sequencing, which creates opportunities to correct imbalances and postural misalignments, while gaining deeper insight into the body's progression over time. Maxing out at eight participants per class, our setting is small enough to ensure one-on-one attention to detail, while still delivering group class energy.

THE BUILD
Combining elements of yoga, Pilates, strength training and HIIT, the BUILD is a technique-focused full-body workout that challenges stamina, develops strength, and increases mobility. This is an advanced class with structured choreography intended to gradually progress participants toward increasing levels of difficulty.
STRENGTHEN
Inspired by Pilates, strength training, postural reconditioning, and injury rehabilitation, these classes take a deep dive into and healthy neuromuscular activation and function. Deepen your understanding of the fundamentals of proper alignment while cultivating better symmetry, balance, and body awareness.


RESTORE
A mindful self-care practice centered around deep myofascial release, intentional flexibility practices, and restorative breathwork. Aimed at addressing chronic pain and decreasing the likelihood of injury, this thoughtful approach to stretching and soft tissue release helps uncover the root of imbalances and disfunction while cultivating greater awareness of the body's intrinsic patterns.
