Strength, flexibility and balance, built one class at a time

Combining elements of yoga, pilates, strength training and HITT, the BUILD is a continuous flow that challenges stamina and invites participants to build their practice organically. This is an advanced class intended to push boundaries and offer unique challenges. Maxing out at eight participants per class, our setting is small enough to ensure one-on-one attention to detail, while still delivering group class energy. Curious? Come build with us!
