THE BUILD

Strength, stamina and stability, built one class at a time

Combining elements of yoga, pilates, strength training and HITT, the BUILD is a technique-focused full-body workout that challenges stamina, develops strength, and increases mobility. This is an advanced class with structured choreography intended to progress participants toward increaseing levels of difficulty. Maxing out at eight participants per class, our setting is small enough to ensure one-on-one attention to detail, while still delivering group class energy. Curious? Come build with us!
