
At age 30, founder Sarah Young had an early and personal introduction into injury rehabilitation and pain management when she injured her lumbar spine in a life-changing way. Her unique approach emerged as a result of her journey of living with, and ultimately resolving chronic back pain. Influenced by a diverse background in Ashtanga yoga, Pilates, personal training, TRX, Lagree method, and nutrition, Sarah's approach addresses a wide variety of postural and functional issues, while cultivating greater body awareness and engagement. In both fitness and medical settings, Sarah has helped hundreds of clients build strength, increase flexibility, rehabilitate injury, and improve overall function. Her thoughtful approach honors how our bodies move naturally, while offering an invitation to extend awareness to all aspects of life from nutrition and daily routine, to mindfulness and how we breathe.
